What if you never had to read another long report again?

AI can scan, summarise, and highlight what matters - so you can skip the fluff and get straight to the point.

I used to lose hours each week reading through dense white papers, change notices, and contractual updates. It was slow, manual, and honestly exhausting, especially when only a fraction of the content ever required real action.

Now I run them through AI to get a clean, consolidated summary. From there, I decide whether it needs a closer look or if that’s enough. It’s helped me stay on top of things without getting buried in the detail.

Pro tip: Before uploading anything sensitive, make sure your AI tool isn’t set to learn from your data. You don’t want internal documents becoming part of a public model.

How to Use AI to Summarise Documents:

  1. Using ChatGPT (or AI tools such as Claude or Gemini), upload your relevant document(s) and use the following prompt
    1. Summarise the attached document and highlight any key notes referencing changes, decisions required, important dates and any actions required. Format the response in clear sections and with bullet points.
  2. Review the output for relevant information and action items
    1. Review the output and look for anything that requires a response, impacts compliance, or has a time-sensitive deadline. If something isn’t clear or seems important, go back to that section in the original document and review it more closely.

And that's it - you've now just saved yourself the time you would have otherwise spent manually reviewing the document and have minimised the chance of missing. I've saved at least 3-4 hours per week with this single change.
